Strawberry Shortcake

I had fun doing the strawberries for this cake! It's a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling.

Beer Bucket Cake

Beer bucket cake is an amazing groom's cake, birthday cake and bachelor/bachelorette cake.  The fondant silver bucket is detailed with rim and handle.  I  made the beer bottles and ice using isomalt sugar.  It's a vanilla cake with mango buttercream filling.

Castle Cake

This cake was for a "medieval themed party."  It's a red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and chocolate cake with mocha filling.
